INSIDE CROWN OF INDIACrown of India was started in 1986 by Haji Ghulam Mohammed Baktoo, grandfather of our host, Khalid Baktoo. What began as one family’s welcome aboard has been passed down, father to son, ever since.
Today Khalid and his father, Nisar Ahmed Baktoo, still welcome every guest personally, carrying on 40 years of Kashmiri hospitality on the water.
